Claire Jordan

Process Engineer and Technician Supervisor

Claire Jordan owns the onboarding for all of the manufacturing technicians at Texas Instruments. After graduating from Arizona State University in May of 2020, she relocated to Dallas, Texas to start her first job out of college. Claire spent 2.5 years as an Equipment Engineer and then a year as a Process Engineer and Technician Supervisor before transitioning into the Talent Development to help design TI's onboarding for manufacturing technicians. Claire is currently the chair of the New Employee Network at TI and is passionate about supporting diversity at her workplace, especially when comes to career stages.
