Mandy McIvor is a director of engineering at Whirlpool Corporation. She has over 20 years of experience in Product Development in the automotive and appliance industries. Her roles have ranged from vehicle development engineer, calibration engineer, system integrator, lead systems engineer, regional technology manager, and architecture leader.

Mandy is an accomplished speaker with much experience presenting to large audiences. She is a frequent presenter within Whirlpool at local stand-up meetings, global all hands meetings, staff meetings, instructional training, technical design reviews, business gate reviews, and executive leadership reviews. Mandy has also presented at industry forums including PTC LiveWorx and INCOSE Great Lakes Area Regional Conference.

Mandy has a Master’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering. She is a licensed engineer with her Professional Engineer license in Mechanical Engineering Thermal and Fluid Systems. Mandy is also a Certified Systems Engineering Profession and a member of the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE).
