I am a chemical engineer and Strategy Deployment Lead at the Kansas City National Security Campus (KCNSC) with a decade of engineering experience in the defense industry. I lead enterprise-wide initiatives to advance technology and manage the deployment of critical strategies to deliver on national security priorities. I bring my passion for employee engagement to each of my roles.
I led the KCNSC Young Professionals Employee Network (YP EN), an organization dedicated to the professional and personal development of over 1,200 early career staff. I managed a diverse team of emerging leaders and partnered with Executive Champions to transform the organization into the largest, most rapidly growing EN in the business and a recognized asset in talent development and retention. I bring my passion for inclusion and diversity to my community, holding positions in the local chapters of SWE and representing Honeywell on the KC Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board.
