Associate Director, Manufacturing Cost Modeling

Sarah Koenig is the Associate Director for Manufacturing Cost Modeling at Pratt and Whitney, a division of RTX. She leads the team responsible for the creation of manufacturing cost models in support of negotiations with suppliers and partners, as well as the overall discipline health of manufacturing cost modeling. She has worked for RTX (formerly UTC) for 17 years across different divisions and disciplines, holding roles of increasing responsibility in quality, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and programs.
She is a SWE Life Member and serves on the SWE Senate. She earned her BS in Industrial Engineering and BA in French from the University of Rhode Island, in addition to her MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. She was the inaugural recipient of the RTX DE&I Change Maker Award for her efforts championing and integrating DE&I in the workplace. She also is Director of Camp Mujigae, a Korean heritage camp for adoptees.
