Erin Rasmussen (she/her) is an ASIC Design Engineer for Broadcom's ASIC Product Division, based in Fort Collins, CO. She spent the first 8 years of her career at Intel, first in pre-silicon validation and later in design, before joining Broadcom in 2024. Erin graduated from Purdue University in 2016 with a B.S. in Computer Engineering.

While at Intel, Erin led several DE&I groups, both locally and globally, including local chapters of the Women and LGBT+ Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), served as events chair and co-chair of Intel’s Global LGBT+ ERG, chaired the Intel ERG Alliance for Corporate D&I goals, and served as operations manager for the Out and Ally Leadership Council. In 2021, Erin created a Women's Leadership Development Program, successfully operating at a site of 300 employees for the past 3 years.
