Molli Andor is a Lead Powertrain Manufacturing Engineer at Ford Motor Company. In this role, Molli leads the implementation of new and modified engine assembly processes for the Nano Engine in Lima, OH, and recently launched two 2024 model year engines for F150 and Explorer. Molli works in a hybrid environment, incorporating aspects of remote work and collaboration across various regions to successfully meet the objectives of her position.
Molli is currently the SWE Detroit FY25 Past President. She received several SWE Awards, including the WE22 Distinguished New Engineer Award. In recognition of her achievements, Molli was honored as a 2023 Women MAKE America – Emerging Leader awardee from the National Association of Manufacturers.
Molli graduated from Michigan Technological University with her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a Minor in Manufacturing. While working at Ford, she continued her education at the University of Michigan, receiving her M.S. in Engineering Management.
