Crystal Mink is a Senior Engineering Manager at Toyota responsible for passenger car vehicle performance. She brings combined 21 years of experience across automotive and aerospace engineering in strength and reliability, chassis design, and now overall vehicle performance including safety, ride & handling, NV, etc. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan and her Master’s in Aerospace Engineering at California State University Long Beach. She served as vice chair and chair of Toyota’s women’s leadership BPG. Her hobbies include high performance on-road driving, offroad driving, kayaking, hiking & biking. She teamed up with Kara to compete in the Rebelle offroad rally in 2022. She is a self-proclaimed leadership junkie with a passion for inspiring the next generation of engineers. Her favorite quote is, “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.”
