Brittany Chapman, PE serves as the Associate Director of Engineering – Quality and Consulting at Commonwealth Associates, Inc. Mrs. Chapman has worked as a consultant in the utility sector as a Protection and Control Design Engineer, and for equipment manufacturers in the engineering and marketing departments for over a decade in roles ranging from individual contributor to manager to her current role as Associate Director. Throughout her experience, she has seen the importance of fostering a well-rounded skillset, especially non-technical skillsets, and the impacts that this focus has on one’s career. She is passionate about the growth and development of new engineers, finding joy and fulfillment in seeing others thrive.
