Dayna Johnson, P.E.

Dayna Johnson is the Director of Technical Consulting at Ecolab for the Sustainable Growth Solutions Team. Prior to joining Ecolab, she served as the emerging Technology Programs and Operations Leader at GE Gas Power. She has held a variety of engineering, project management, and commercial roles over the course of her career spanning the civil engineering, transmission and distribution, and power generation industries. Dayna is a two-time alum of Valparaiso University, receiving both her bachelor of science in civil engineering and her master of engineering management.
Dayna has been involved in a variety of organizations, including Toastmasters and her church. She has also held positions at all levels of SWE, culminating in serving as Board of Directors President in FY23.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, their two sons, and their two dogs; hiking; and cake decorating.
