Rebecca Alexander (Becca) is a Human Resources Program Manager who aids in strategic talent initiatives for ~10,000 employees, alongside business partner initiatives for Vice President level leadership at Eaton Corporation, a diversified power management company. Becca holds a Masters of Human Resources and Industrial Relations and a Bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and is a current Doctoral student, working to obtain her PhD in Industrial Organizational Pscyhology with a focus on change management for middle management level leaders.
Becca is a passionate advocate for women in male dominated industries as she serves on the SWE Global Leadership team for Eaton. In addition, she is a strong believer in the power of networking as she continues to teach sessions on related skills and actions that can be taken to support a robust career.
