Brittany Margritz is the Bridge Program Director at Engineers in Action (EIA), where she works to create a more equitable approach to sustainable, locally led infrastructure projects worldwide.
A civil engineer who graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2019, she has spent her early career dedicated to engineering in international development. Brittany joined EIA in 2016, first as a student and later as staff, leveraging experience with Habitat for Humanity, social entrepreneurship consulting, and best-in-class student experiential learning. After managing the Eswatini Bridge Program for the past four years and building a team of dedicated local experts and hundreds of international stakeholders, she’s recently stepped up to lead the global EIA Bridge Program.
