In addition to her primary role, she develops and gives technical learning sessions; is an innovation advocate helping new and experienced employees foster their ideas; and has served as the primary lead for Raytheon’s Hackathon for the past three years. Sylvia’s expansive network and involvement allow her to see the direct impact to organizations across the company when employees engage in events.
