Nina Arcot (she/her) is an Aerospace Engineer in the Future Technical Leaders rotational program at Northrop Grumman, currently exploring digital transformation in the space sector. In her previous rotation, she led internal R&D efforts related to additive manufacturing, collaborative automation, and manufacturing simulations. Prior to FTL, she was a Mission Assurance lead for NG's innovative ESPASat-L product line of small satellites and drove continual improvement through quality metrics and work center process enhancements. Nina has been increasingly involved with SWE since college, when she led STEM activities at annual SWE Girl Scout badge workshops and spearheaded presentations at the biannual high school engineering colloquia. She mentored undergraduates through SWE while in graduate school and has been a Scholarship Judge since 2022 and an Awards Judge since 2023. In FY2024, Nina joined the leadership team for the SWE Early Career Professionals Affinity Group and is now their Event Coordinator.
