Arlene is an Early Career Program Manager for the Edison Engineering Development Program in Lynn, Massachusetts. She was born and raised in Wilmington, Delaware, earned a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and began her career at GE with the Healthcare business in Wisconsin. She moved to the Aerospace business in Lynn, Massachusetts and graduated from the Edison Engineering Development Program. Off program, she worked in Cycle Model Development in Engine Performance and Preliminary Design, eventually becoming a Principal Engineer in Performance. Arlene is married to Todd, whom she met in Lynn while she was an Edison. They have two daughters and a loud Siamese cat. In her free time, Arlene enjoys cooking, running, and gardening.
