Alina is the Head of Global Diversity & Inclusion at Wabtec. This role represents
Wabtec’s commitment to promoting diversity, and fostering an inclusive workplace that
attracts, develops and retains diverse talent.
Alina was most recently the Director, HRBP for Wabtec, providing strategic guidance and support to further the business’ objectives, to
drive change management, talent management, and organizational design objectives. Prior to this Alina held
a Global Diversity & Inclusion leadership role for Lockheed Martin
and she enabled the successful execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives
to attract, develop, and retain key talent to drive culture change. She also has held Human Resources positions with
General Electric, to deliver guidance to business leaders to deliver solutions, drive
succession planning, and implement performance management programs.
Alina holds a Master’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from The Chicago
School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from
Virginia Commonwealth University.
