Jamie graduated from University of Michigan in 2008 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. After an internship with Dow Chemical during college, she joined Dow in Pittsburg CA full-time as a Run Plant Engineer. After multiple roles in manufacturing in Dow’s agricultural chemicals business, Jamie relocated to Newark DE to act as an Operations Leader supporting the Chemical Mechanical Planarization Technologies (CMPT) step of the semiconductor manufacturing process. After two Operations Leader roles and a Quality Systems Leader role supporting the Newark site through the Dow to DuPont transition, Jamie moved to DuPont’s Wilmington DE headquarters to support the company’s Field rotation program. In her current role, Jamie supports early career talent – mentoring rotation program participants through career rotations, recruiting new engineers and supply chain professionals to join the company, maintaining the learning & development resources available to the program participants, and working to enhance program sense of community.
