Camryn Justice is a Graduate Assistant for the Women in Engineering Program and a second-year master's student in Engineering Management from the Univeristy of Dayton. She earned her B.S. in Engineering Technology, focusing on Electronic and Computer Technology, with a minor in Industrial Engineering, also from UD. Having been involved in WEP since her freshman year, she currently develops and coordinates over a dozen workshops annually aimed at empowering college women in STEM, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion. Passionate about reforming engineering curricula, she plans to pursue a PhD to further her goal of enabling students to use their skills for the greater good.
