Sophia Palermo (she/her/hers)

Sophia is a senior at the University of Cincinnati, graduating in Spring 2025 with a dual degree in Environmental Engineering (BS) and a Master of Business Administration. With five Co-op rotations completed, Sophia has worked at P&G, Honda, HDR and even Siemens Healthineers in Germany. While she values academics, Sophia is also very active on campus, serving as the President of UC's Beekeeping Club and holding previous officer positions in UC's Engineers Without Borders and SWE chapters. She hopes to combine her love for the environment and business together to pursue a career in corporate sustainability, where she believes companies can prioritize environmental sustainability without compromising their profits.
