Returning to the workforce after a decade, Amy overcame challenges like narrowing the skills gap and supporting a work-life balance. Her career comeback has been a transformative journey, marked by the valuable lessons she learned about embracing ambiguity, being resilient, and maintaining a growth mindset. Today, Amy provides project leadership for complex projects at Johnson Controls as an Engagement Manager.
