As a lead engineer at General Dynamics Missions Systems, Amy Maslauskas' primary role is a Multi-Level Security (MLS) Solution Architect leading proposals and architecture changes per customer requirements. Amy is also the deputy CTO for the Space, Cyber and Intelligence business supporting IRADs to ensure technology alignment, and serves as an IRAD deputy program manager of engineering.
During her 21 years, Amy started as a software engineer, and was promoted to roles including team lead, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) product owner, SAFe product manager, and SAFe solution architect. She supported product line engineering (PLE) and digital engineering (DE) with MBSE initiatives. She presented transitioning from a waterfall development methodology to using Agile at WE20.
Amy holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Stonehill College, a Master of Science in IT and an MBA from Bentley College, and a Systems Engineering graduate certificate from Stevens Institute of Technology.
