Sonali graduated from Georgia Tech with a Bachelor ‘s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and, at 22, thought she wanted the corner office with a Chief title. However, personal and professional decisions made along the way led her down a very different path! Along with work experience at privately held and Fortune 100 companies, Sonali has also lived and worked as an expat in three countries, held the title ‘Stay at Home Mom’, completed part of her MBA as an exchange student in Italy, and eventually rejoined the workforce through a “returnship” program in HR.
