Shawna Brunson

Shawna began her career w/WF's Small Business Banking in 1996. Since then, she has cemented herself as a leader in consumer technology and Small Business Banking. A cornerstone of her career is her ability to lead business and technology transformations, always w/the customer experience top of mind.

In her current role, Shawna is responsible for the Small & Business Banking technology channels that our WF customers use daily. Her teams use modern engineering practices to ensure easy customer access to products, low friction interactions, and cash flow management solutions.

Shawna is an advocate for equality in career mobility. She leverages her own bold and unapologetic career journey to highlight, address and advance opportunities for women, the underserved, and vulnerable communities. Shawna serves on the board of several women-centric partnerships internal and external to Wells Fargo, including the Wells Fargo DE&I Council, Women in Technology (WiT), and Chief.
