Tuyet-Hanh Schnell, F. SWE, is a Principal Engineer and agile coach at Lockheed Martin. She held numerous technical and functional leadership roles in her 30+ year career. She is the FY25 president of SWE Southern NJ section and has held other society leadership roles in her 20 years as a member of SWE. She serves on the Awards & Recognitions, the Outreach, and the Pre-college Engagement and Support SWE committees. She is a member of the Asian Connections and the Late Career and Retiree Affinity Groups. She is a member of the Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers and serves on the south board for Junior Achievement of New Jersey. She holds a BEEE from Stevens Institute of Technology and a MSEE from Drexel University. She sings in her company choir and cantors at her church. Schnell resides in NJ with her engineer husband and their two children.
