Alissa is a certified Project Management Professional with over 16 years in Project and Program Management, specializing in New Product Development across aerospace, medical device manufacturing, and marine industries. Since joining Brunswick as part of the Attwood team in 2017, Alissa has focused her efforts on business and process improvement, and now serves as a Program Manager and NPD Process Lead for Navico Group. In her current role, Alissa leverages her leadership strengths to manage diverse, global teams, and deliver successful project results.
