As a recognized technology and seasoned business executive, Tami is a results-oriented
people leader with a demonstrated history of driving sustainable results across
organizations.
Within her current role, she is responsible for leading Wells Fargo’s Cybersecurity
Client Office encompassing the bank’s Technology Third Party Risk Management,
Business Information Security Officers (BISO) / Technical Information Security Officers
(TISO), as well as the bank’s Cybersecurity Education & Awareness, and the Cyber
Advisory Services teams focused on helping the bank’s customers and clients manage
cybersecurity risks. The vision for her organization reflects a commitment to pursue
bold cyber risk mitigation and resiliency, both internally for the bank, and externally for
customers and clients.
Immediately prior to joining Wells Fargo, Tami was the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for a global human
resource organization. Further, as a former executive in Big 4 consulting, Tami gained a breadth and depth of
experience in leading major cyber transformations to help Fortune 100 companies navigate the complexities of
business before, during and after a cyber-attack. Tami’s expertise includes the areas of technology risk and controls,
cybersecurity, technology audit, and digital transformation. Tami is passionate about driving customer centricity with a
keen and cross-functional focus on customer outcomes, value, and experiences within the technology ecosystem.
In addition to numerous speaking engagements for Wells Fargo clients / customers, Tami has been a featured keynote
speaker during multiple conferences including the Wall Street Journal Cybersecurity Conference, and NASDAQ
Cybersecurity Summit, as well as a Cyber Subject Matter Expert on ABC News. Further, National Diversity Group has
recognized her as one of the “50 Most Powerful Women in Technology,” one of Diversity Magazine’s “Women Worth
Watching,” and a “Top Woman in Finance” by Career Communications Group.
A passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Tami is also an avid community builder with deep
involvement through several charities and boards, many of which are focused on the well-being and development of
underprivileged youth. Tami obtained a bachelors from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Duke University.
