Carolyn Hajdusek joined Raytheon in 2013 as a college intern and joined full time as a systems engineer in 2016. Over the last decade, Carolyn has worked in the Systems Integration & Test Directorate on the Maintenance Engineering team. Her main program responsibilities included leading diagnostic software requirements for all diagnostic programs, performing requirements validation, and ensuring requirements are maintained and released per process.
In February 2022, Carolyn accepted a section lead position within the AD&C2S department where she manages a diverse team of engineers through performance development. In August 2022, Carolyn accepted a department staffing lead position to track department and program staffing. In June 2023, Carolyn was named the Patriot Maintenance Engineering Systems Lead where she leads a team of 12 engineers. Carolyn is currently working these three leadership positions concurrently.
Carolyn holds a master's degree in Engineering Management from Tufts University and a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Western New England University. During her undergraduate studies, Carolyn took the opportunity to spend a semester abroad in Wollongong Australia at the University of Wollongong.
