Trane Technologies

Tcheula Lienou is a Controls Technical Project Lead for Trane Technologies Residential HVAC business unit. She leads the execution of technical aspects of NPD connectivity projects across all RHVAC portfolios. Prior to this role, Tcheula was a Senior Controls hardware Engineer supporting production and the optimum functioning of deployed TRANE Residential HVAC systems. Tcheula joined Trane Technologies in 2022 from IngersollRand where she worked as a hardware electrical engineer in its Power Tools and Lifting division. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Oklahoma University and has a BSc, MSc in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. Tcheula returned to the workforce in 2019 after spending 10 years as a full-time stay at home mom.
