Sheri Sepeczi

Northrop Grumman

Sheri Sepeczi is an iReturner with a 16-year career break, during which she raised four kids, volunteered everywhere, and was a Village Parks Commissioner and Trustee. She has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering and worked at Motorola, designing RF Power Amplifiers for Cellular Base Stations, out of college. After her break, Sheri came back to Northrop Grumman through their inaugural iReturn program. Sheri quickly found her footing and is now an Engineering Manager in RF Microwave, designing Military Defense Systems in the Chicago area. One of Sheri's favorite moments coming back was to run the iReturn program in 2022 and watch a cohort of 13 STEM reentry professionals succeed at making the transition back into the workforce!
