Kristen Bridgeman

Cummins

Kristen Bridgeman is a Director of Engineering for Cummins where she has worked for the past fourteen years. She coaches a team that supports Product Lifecycle Management under the Chief Technical Officer. She has worked for Cummins since 2010, where she returned to engineering after 20 years. Kristen has been a part of the Cummins “RePower” initiative, the Cummins return to work program, inspired by SWE. Kristen’s first engineering career was with Procter & Gamble where she worked in product development. Kristen holds a B.S. in Biology and an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University. She is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and is a Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt and Sponsor. In 2015 she won the Cummins Chairman’s Quality Award. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys volunteering at church, exercising, traveling, watching ballet, and spending time with her family.
