Jamie MacDonald knows a few things about resiliency. She is a chemical engineer from University of Michigan who currently supports DuPont's rotation program for early career engineers and supply chain professionals. Jamie was diagnosed with epilepsy in 2021, and has had to deal with several other difficult personal and professional situations.

Jamie will share her journey to her diagnosis and what having epilepsy in the working world has taught her about diversity, equity, inclusion, & belonging (DEI&B), interacting with others, and people management. She’ll share her tips for exceeding expectations to help set others up for success when facing hard things.
