As hybrid and remote working styles become more widely utilized across the world, many people have questions and struggles as they adapt to these changes. This session will answer questions about work from home etiquette, setting working hour boundaries, improving belonging and inclusion, and other various how-tos for working with people behind a computer screen and across different time zones. A panel of multidisciplinary engineers, company leaders, and SWE leaders that work in cross-functional teams in different states and countries will share their best practices and challenges. Attendees can expect to learn tips and tricks for working from home, working remotely, and working with people in different locations with different working styles.
