A panel of experienced section leaders, Scholarship Committee members, representatives from the Board of Trustees and HQ will discuss tips and tricks for running your section’s scholarship program. Topics covered: An overview of SWE’s scholarship program, advertising your scholarship, establishing judging criteria,finding a section to mentor you, SWE scholarship guidelines sections should be aware of, basics of managing a section scholarship (unendowed, endowed/society selected and endowed/section selected) and resources available when you run into an issue.
